  What exactly causes this situation? How to solve it?

  Take biceps as an example: training biceps will make you feel sore, which is almost everyone has experienced. It is also soreness, but there are different situations and reasons:

  1. Forearm soreness is the most ideal state after biceps swelling. This feeling shows that we control the biceps during training. We do not use too much forearm muscles, and we only borrow the forearm strength when the biceps are almost exhausted.

  2. Forearm soreness before biceps swelling, it means that the biceps training is incorrect. Because we have stimulated the forearm more before stimulating the biceps. The reason for this situation:

a. It is the wrist. No locking is good

  b. The weight is too large

  c. The forearm muscle strength is too weak

  d. The hold is too tight

  The solution is: reduce the weight. When the weight is too large, it is difficult to control the target muscle.
