4. Shaping training

  Shaping training is mostly for some muscle groups. If you build muscles, you need to increase strength training. If you lose fat, you need to increase aerobic training. Warm up and stretching are also indispensable, especially when doing equipment training. If you don’t stretch, you may strain your muscles and cause injuries.

  At the beginning, it is recommended to choose light and heavyweight training equipment.
