Many people often ignore the posterior deltoid bundle when planning training schedules. The posterior deltoid bundle is a relatively small muscle, but it is the key to your shoulder shape! It will make your shoulders look fuller and firmer from the back and side!

If you don’t pay attention to the shoulder training day, the growth potential of the posterior deltoid bundle will not be fully utilized.

The biggest difficulty of posterior deltoid bundle exercise is that it is easy to deviate, and the movements need to be extremely high during operation. The concentration will not allow the part of the force to be transferred to the back.

Another trick to training the post-triangle is to "do not use large weights". The rear triangle is a very small muscle, so only by using the appropriate weight can you ensure that other muscle groups will not participate and reduce the stimulation of the rear triangle.
