If you want to exercise very much, but do not have enough fitness equipment, can you think of other ways to achieve good fitness results? The answer is yes, because the methods are all figured out by people. Come and learn!

Action 1: Weight-bearing frog jumping

Action process: Tie sandbags on both legs or waist, separate the legs into half-squats, lean your upper body slightly forward, and form a preparatory position behind the body. Push and stretch your legs hard, fully straighten the three joints of hips, knees and ankles, and swing your arms quickly forward, jump forward and upward, then use the soles of your feet to fall to the ground and buckle the knees, and sway your arms into a preparatory position. Perform 5 to 7 times in a row, repeat for 3 to 4 sets. The main exercises are rectus femoris and thigh muscles.

Note: The impact of frog jumping on the lower limbs is very strong. If you do not pay attention or do a little excessive during the exercise, you will easily get injured. Minors must not practice .

Action 2: Holding the bucket and squat

Action process: This is a better tool to assist exercise without the help of fitness equipment. Use a bucket filled with water for daily life to fill with water, grab both sides of the bucket with both hands, and open the two feet, keep your body upright, and slowly squat to a horse stance or even lower. Reduce the movement as one time, a set of 8-12 times.

Key points: Pay attention to exhale when squatting, and inhale when rising to the lowest point; keep your body upright at all times, and be careful not to let your knees exceed your toes when squatting.

   Warm reminder:

There are many ways to practice thighs, but many of them need to be completed with the help of some equipment, because bare hands basically cannot meet the needs of stimulation, so finding a way to use external pressure to give enough thighs to give enough stimulation to the thighs is the king of exercise.
