Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the eyes are closely related to the internal organs and meridians of the whole body. According to clinical practice, ancient medical scientists summarized many simple and effective methods of nourishing the eyes and improving the purpose. Now introduce several eye health care methods as follows:

   Ironing method. When you get up at dawn, rub your hands with your hands and then iron your eyes. After rubbing your hands and warming them three times, then gently press the eyeball with your food and middle fingers, or press the surroundings of the eyeballs 1.

   Yun Eye method. Spread your feet apart with shoulder width, stand upright, and raise your head tips.    Exhale method. Sitting straight with your waist and back, slowly applying your nose with your nose. When you inhale your breath to the maximum extent, pinch your nostrils with your right hand, close your eyes tightly, and then exhale slowly with your mouth.

    Folding finger method. Do it once every morning and evening Bending inward and then moving backward. Perform 30 to 50 times each time and knead the thumb and index finger at the base on the outside of the little finger for 50-100 times. This method can be done while sitting, standing, and lying. If you insist on doing it regularly, it will not only nourish the brain and improve your eyesight, but also have certain therapeutic effects for those with cataracts and other eye diseases.
