Chapter 1: Rule The things must be scattered, and division must be united. The world has its own belongings, with thousands of threads and thousands of threads, and those who are busy have their own source. One book can be dispersed to be thousands of different, and all of them belong to one book. The study of boxing is also the same. Tai Chi is a variety of changes, and there is no going or strength. Although the momentum is not connected, the strength belongs to one. The so-called one is from the top to the foot, with internal organs and bones, external skin and flesh, and the limbs and bones connected to one. It is broken but not open, hitting but not dispersed, and the upper wants to move but not to follow it, the lower wants to move but the upper leads and leads it, the upper and lower moves but the middle responds, the middle moves and the upper and lower moves, the inner and outer moves and the inner and outer needs, the so-called one is connected. This is what is called one that is consistent. What is it! It is not to force it to lead it, and to attack it. It moves at that time, like a dragon and a tiger, out of it, and then it is quick to lighten up and down. It is quiet, quiet and quiet, and is stable like a mountain. It is quiet and quiet, and there is no uneven concern in the outside and inside, and there is no uneven concern in the front and back, and there is no doubt about pulling, and there is no doubt about pulling, and it is like water coming down, and it is not easy to control it. If the fire is attacked inside, it is not easy to cover it up. If you don’t have time to think about it, don’t bother to propose it, and you really don’t expect it to be true. It is because the strength is beneficial to accumulate day by day, and the skills are achieved through long-term practice. If you observe the consistent study of the Holy School, you must wait for more knowledge, study things to learn, and have the ability to achieve success. This is not difficult to understand, but only the achievements are progressive, and you cannot be driven, etc. , follow the steps and proceed gradually, and then the back of the bones and tendons are connected, and the upper and lower surfaces are not difficult to connect. For those who are dispersed, they are combined, and the four limbs and bones are combined. The limbs and bones are always connected to one qi.
Chapter 2 Qi
There is no one going but not going back in the world, nor is there always straight and no curved ones; things are treated and the momentum returns, which is the reason why ancient and modern times are not easy. There are always people who talk about pounding in the world, but also discuss qi. The master is one, so why is it divided into two? The so-called two is breathing, breathing is yin and yang. The pounding cannot be without movement and stillness, and qi cannot be without breathing. When exhaling, it is yang. When inhaling, it is yin, rising to yang, descending to yin, Yang Qi rises to yang, Yang Qi flows down to yin, and Yin Qi rises to yin, and Yin Qi rises to yin, and Yin Qi rises to yin, and Yin Qi rises to Ascending means yang, and the yin energy flows downward is still yin. This is why yin and yang are divided. What is clear and turbid? Those who rise and rise up are clear, those who fall down and fall are turbid, those who are clear, and those who are turbid, and those who are turbid are yin. However, in terms of division, it is yin and yang, and in terms of lunar terms, it is qi. Qi cannot be without yin and yang, which is the so-called human beings cannot be without movement and stillness, nose cannot be without breathing, mouth cannot be without entry and exit, and so it is the reason for treating the complete return. However, qi is divided into two and penetrates into one. Those who have ambitions to this path should not be restrained. If you are bound by this, you should not be restrained by this.
Chapter 3 Sections
The Qi is based on all bodies, and the body is very complicated. If you discuss it in detail, it is far from the purpose of boxing. It is divided into three sections, which can be said to be the method of cutting: the upper, middle, lower, or root, middle, and tip. In terms of one body, the head is The upper section, the chest is the middle section, the legs are the lower section. In terms of the head and face, the forehead is the upper section, the nose is the middle section, the mouth is the lower section, the chest is the upper section, the abdomen is the middle section, and the Dantian is the lower section. In terms of the legs, the waist is the hatred section, the knee is the middle section, and the foot is the tip section. In terms of the arms, the arms are the hatred section, the elbow is the middle section, and the hand is the tip section. In terms of the hands, the wrist is the root section, the palm is the middle section, and the finger is the tip section. Looking at this, there are no need to discuss the foot. However, from the top to the foot, there are three sections. In essence, since all three sections are the place where the three sections are, that is, the focus is, the upper section is unclear, there is no support or sect, the middle section is unclear, the middle section is unclear, the lower section is unclear, and the subversion will surely arise. From this perspective, how can the three sections of the body be ignored? As for the activation of qi, it must start from the tip joints, follow the middle joints, and urge the root joints. This is all in a certain way. If combined, it will be from the top of the head to the bottom of the feet, and the limbs and bones, and it will be one section. What are the three sections? And why do there be three sections in each of the three sections?
Chapter 4 Four Extensions
Along with the discussion of the body, we will go further and discuss the four ends. The four extremities are the rest of the body. The body is not as good as this, and it is rare to talk about qi, but it is beaten to emit from the inside to the outside, and qi is derived from the body and the ends. The use of qi, if it is not based on the body, it will be empty and not solid; if it does not move to the tip, it will be solid and still empty? Can the tips be not mentioned! If the fingers and feet are specifically discussed on the tips of the body! But it has not reached the tip of the tip. What is the only thing that is the four tips? One of them is that the connection between the hair is not listed in the five elements and has nothing to do with the four bodies. This is not enough to discuss. However, hair is the tip of blood, and blood is the sea of qi. Even if it does not come from all the hairs, it is necessary to not only use blood to generate qi. Even if it does not belong to blood, it must be combined with hair. The tongue is the tip of flesh, and the flesh is the benevolence of qi. Qi cannot move through the tip of the flesh, so the qi must not fill the amount of qi, so the tongue must want to urge the teeth, and the flesh tip is enough. As for the tip of the bone, the teeth, the tendons are the nails. Qi is born in the bones and connected to the tendons. If it is not as good as the teeth, it is not as good as the tip of the bones, the nails, and the tips of the tendons are not as good as the tip of the bones, the nails, and the tips of the tendons are enough. If it is not as good as the tip of the bones, the nails, and the tips of the tendons are enough. If it is to be enough, the key is to be enough. It is not that teeth want to be the tendons, but armor wants to penetrate the bones, and if this is possible, the four ends are enough. The four ends are enough, and the qi is enough. How can there be any disadvantages of being weak but not suitable, and being solid but still being weak! Chapter 5 Five Internals
A man who beats to express momentum and momentum to express qi, and a person gets the five internal organs to form a shape, that is, qi is generated from the five internal organs. The five internal organs are the source of nature and life, the foundation of qi, and it is called the heart, liver, spleen, and kidney. The heart belongs to fire, but it has the shape of inflammation. The liver belongs to wood, but has the shape of curved and straightness. The spleen belongs to earth, but has the power of being honest, the lung belongs to metal, and the ability to follow the wound. The kidney belongs to water, and has the function of moistening the lower body. This and the meaning of the five internal organs are still accurate in qi, and all have some coordination. Those who talk about boxing in the world must not be separated from this. It is in the inner chest corridor as the position of the lung meridian, and the lung is the flower of the five internal organs; therefore, the lung meridian moves, And all organs cannot move. The middle of the breast is the heart, and the lungs are the guarding it. The lower part of the lungs is the position of the heart meridian. The heart is the king, the heart fire moves, and the fire of the face is all ordered; and the lower part of the breasts is the liver, the left is the spleen, and the fourteen joints of the back are the kidneys. As for the waist, the original position of the two backs, it is the first in nature and the root of the organs; therefore, when the kidney is full, the metal, wood, water, fire, and earth are all showing vitality. This is the part of the five internal organs. However, the five internal organs have their own position, and those who see them in the body are exclusive, but there are many positions and it is difficult to describe them. Approximately, where the body is connected, the middle part belongs to the heart, the nest belongs to the lungs, the exposed part of the bone belongs to the kidney, the joint part of the tendon belongs to the liver, and the thick part of the flesh belongs to the stele, thinking about its intention, the heart is like a fierce, the liver is like an arrow, the spleen is very powerful, the lung meridian is the most flexible, the movement of the kidney qi is the most dynamic, the movement of the kidney qi is the most dynamic, the movement of the kidney qi is the most dynamic, the movement of the kidney qi is the most powerful, the movement of the kidney qi is the most powerful, the movement of the kidney meridian is the most vivid, the movement of the kidney qi is the most powerful, the movement of the kidney qi is the most powerful, the movement of the kidney meridian is the most powerful, the movement of the kidney qi is the most powerful, the movement of the kidney qi is the most powerful, the movement of the kidney meridian is the most powerful, the movement of the kidney qi is the most powerful, the movement of the kidney meridian is the most powerful, the movement of the kidney qi is the most powerful, the movement of the kidney qi is the most powerful, the movement of the kidney meridian is the most powerful, the As fast as the wind, it is for the people in the authorities to experience it themselves, not the one who can do the pen and ink.
Chapter 6 Three combinations
The five internal organs are clear, and then discuss the three combinations. The so-called three combinations are the heart and mind, the qi and force, the tendons and bones, and the three internal platforms. The hands and feet are combined, the elbows and knees are combined, the shoulders and waists are combined, and the outside is combined. If the left hand and right foot are combined, the left elbows and right knees are combined, the left shoulder and right shoulders are combined, and the right shoulder and left are combined. The head and hand are combined, the hands and body are combined, and the body and steps are combined, which is not external. The heart and eyes are combined, the liver and tendons are combined, the spleen and flesh are combined, the lungs and body are combined, the kidneys and bones are combined, and the holding is not internal. However, this is especially true from the perspective of change. In short, there is no movement when one moves, and there is no unevenness when one moves, and there is no unevenness when one is combined, and the five internal organs are all in it.
Chapter 7 Six-into
As we know that there are still six-intoes. Why is Six-into? The head is the head of the six yang, and it is the master of the whole body. All five senses and bones are in this way. The head must move forward. The hand is the vanguard, the foundation is on the arm. If the arm does not move, the hand will not move forward. The qi gathers on the wrist, the mechanism is on the waist, and the waist will not move forward, and the waist will not move forward, and it will not be solid. This is why the waist is more important than the advancement. The mind runs through the whole body, the movement is in the steps, and the step does not move forward, and the mind will be incapable; this is why it is necessary to move forward. As well as the upper left must move forward, the right must move forward. The upper right must move forward. There are six-intoes. Who is not a place of force? The key is to move forward! In essence: before it progresses, the whole body has no intention of moving, and one word is said to move forward, the whole body will be completely gone. The shape of pulling is just like this.
Chapter 8 Body Technique
A man who strikes the enemy with his hands depends entirely on the help of the body Technique. What is the body Technique? Vertical, horizontal, high, low, advance, retreat, back, sideways. Vertical, release its momentum, go forward without going back. Vertical, then adjust its strength, expand without hindrance. High, then raise its body, and the body has the intention of growing. Low, then suppress its body, and the body has the shape of raising it. When advancing, advance, and bounce its strength and move forward bravely. When retreating, retreat quickly and turn back to support the momentum. As for the back, look back and the left and right, look back, dare to act with me. But you must not be restrained and do it. Observe the strength of the lady, and be in your own mechanism. It is sometimes vertical and sometimes horizontal, and the vertical and horizontal changes according to the situation, and cannot be pushed out in one way or another. There are sometimes high and sometimes bottom, and the high and bottom are always shifted. How can we talk about one thing? At the moment, we should advance and not retreat, and retreat to discourage our energy. At the moment, we should retreat, and retreat to promote our progress. This is to advance and strengthen our progress, and we should retreat to help our progress. If we look back and look back and don’t realize that it is behind. Looking sideways and left and right, we should not realize that it is left and right. In short: Now the eyes are changing in the heart, and holding the key points, then the original bodies are in the body. When the body is forward, the four bodies are gone without fate. When the body is timid, then all the bones are in a dark place. The body can be kept in a dark place. The body can be looked at without any discussion.
Chapter 9 Step method
Now the four limbs and bones are mainly in motion, and the actual movement is to move; the step is the foundation of the body and the hub of movement. Therefore, Respond to the battle, fight, is the body. The reason why the body is the pillar of the body is step. The random adaptation lies in the hand. The reason why the hand is shifting lies in the step. Advance and retreat, how can the step be used to inspire, whether the step is used to move, whether the step is used to stimulate, whether the step is used to stretch or contract, or how can the step be used to show the wonder of change? That is, if the observation is in the eyes, the change is in the heart, and the change is cornered, and the change is constantly changing, and it is not imperfect, why is the step responsible for the life, but it is not forced to do it. The movement comes from unintentional, and the body wants to move, but the step is circulating, and the hand is about to move, but the step is too early to push, but it is not expected. No one can drive it, but it is said that the upper wants to move and the lower follows it. This is what it means! Moreover, the steps are divided into front and back, and there is a positioning, the step is That is. Those who have no positioning are also steps. Just like the forward step, and the next step also follows, there is a positioning before and behind. If the front step is done, the back step is done before and after, the previous step is done before and after, the back step is done before and after, the back step is done before and after, the front and back step is done. In short: the step is the step. Whether it is alive or not is active or not, in the step, and the spiritual or not is also in the step. How great is the use of step!
Chapter 10 Hardness and softness
The use of boxing is just qi and momentum. However, qi has strength and weakness, and the force is divided into hardness and softness. The strong qi takes the hardness of the momentum, the weak qi takes the softness of the momentum, the hard qi takes the softness of the momentum, the hard qi takes the softness of the momentum, the hard qi takes the strength of the momentum with a thousand jin of force, and the soft qi breaks the thousand jin of force with a hundred jin of force. Force is more skillful, and the reason why hardness and softness are divided. However, since hardness and softness are divided, the development and use are also different. When the limbs are activated, the qi flows outward, and the inner static and heavy is strong, which is the rigidity. Qi is stationary inside, and the outside is light and gentle, and the force is soft. Use hardness and softness must not be without softness, but without softness, it cannot be fast. Use softness must not be without hardness, and without hardness, it cannot be fast. When the hardness and softness are combined, it will stick, wander, connect, follow, tide, flash, fold, empty, ?, squeeze, and press. All of them will be natural. Hardness and softness cannot be used indirectly, so how can you ignore the use of martial arts?
