Today we will show the complete abdominal muscle exercise method. What we are going to do is a set of 6-minute abdominal muscle exercise movements. This set of movements is mainly done quickly and does not require any equipment. Everyone can perform it anytime, anywhere.

     Our first move is the reverse roll, which is a good exercise for lower abdomen. Many people want to remove excess fat and show off their abdominal muscles. This move is specially designed for lower abdomen. We will do this move 20 times.

     The second movement is the tactile body, which mainly exercises the muscles in the upper abdomen. We also do this movement 20 times.

    The third movement is Plank. According to Plank's standard practice, maintain a fixed posture for 30 seconds, mainly exercising the abdominal muscles and quadriceps. We insist on this movement for 30 seconds.

The whole set of movements is four rounds, without pauses in the middle, so we will complete it quickly without rest, so that it will quickly trigger a burning sensation in the body. Remember, it doesn't take too much time to exercise abdominal muscles. I see many people spend 20 minutes doing various abdominal muscle exercises like rolls, but they found that their abdominal muscles still didn't come out.

   Please remember that in order to show off your abdominal muscles, you must first lose excess fat in your abdomen. These exercises are very effective for training abdominal muscles. However, if you still have a lot of fat in your abdomen, then no matter if you complete 4 or 20 rounds a day, even if you practice your abdomen very sorely, it will not show shape because you have to lose these fat first. My advice is that when you are doing abdominal muscle training, this set of movement is very suitable for you to exercise with other movements. Even if you don’t have much exercise time or exercise progress, this is a very good abdominal muscle exercise plan. Or you can use this set of movements when the exercise is almost completed. After completing other fat burning exercises, remember your main goal - to lose excess fat.

     I usually only take 10 minutes to exercise the abdominal muscles every time, once every other day, and to be honest, I only do it for 5 minutes, and only do it for 3-4 sets each time.
