Even if you have enough energy to exercise, a good warm-up can help you increase the intensity of your exercise. It can help you increase the amount of exercise, make you lift heavier, and the exercise intensity is greater. When completing two sets of anti-strike muscle exercises in a row, completing two sets of movements requires a lot of energy and the intensity is also relatively high, and warm-up is very helpful for this.
