When did you start exercising?

I started early, and I started at the age of 10-12. I have watched many action movies and wanted to be such a hero. Then I became obsessed with basketball, and of course, I also practice weightlifting. When I finished my basketball career, I worked as a soldier for a year and then I devoted myself to fitness.

I can say that I have had many difficult times in my life, but I have all been through it, and I am always ready to overcome any difficulties in my life that hit me. My life is like a bench press-if I don’t push it, it will hit me. That’s me Why can you overcome difficulties in your life and move forward?

What mistakes did you make during your novice?

My biggest mistake is the lack of proper nutrition. At that time, I would not eat anything when I was exercising. I would even do two basketball trainings and one weight lifting exercise without eating a little. Before I knew how to train, eat, and recover, I wasted a lot of time in the gym. This is the reason why I opened a website myself, and I could reduce the time people were wasted in confusion and ineffective exercises.

 

Tell us what people can find on your website that they want to know?

I tailor personal training plans and nutrition prescriptions for everyone. Each training plan is set up based on the other person’s experience, lifestyle and what they want. I have planned for people around the world and am glad they recognize and recommend me to their family and friends. I am planning to join a large number of exciting training videos at the end of the year (2012). I am now working on a new video.

We know that persistence is the key. What kind of advice will you give to all the exercisers who are struggling to persevere?

You must be 100% full of fighting spirit. You must find things that drive you forward to make you go to fitness every day. This is why I suggest that those who do not have the desire to exercise do not comment or criticize those trainers who have achieved more achievements in fitness than the former. I only accept suggestions or criticisms from trainers who are better than me, and I ignore others.

 

Do you listen to music when you exercise?

I will listen to music anytime, and I will hang without music. My favorite is HIP HOP, mainly rick ross' new album, and I also like some metal music and movie soundtracks. Here is a list of my recent training music:

What do you think of the last move you have to complete during exercise?

I will think about the pain I felt at that time and tell myself that I can’t be defeated by it.

Speaking of free weights and equipment, what do you think are their pros and cons, which one would you prefer?

I prefer free weights. Only free weights can you increase the blocks, density and strength of your muscles. I like hardcore training, which is why I like free weights. I only use equipment at the end of the exercise.

 

What is your most proudest thing?

What I am most proud of is when I receive emails from people thanking me telling me that they have strengthened their physical fitness under my guidance, achieved their goals, or just told me that I inspired them to exercise and improve. This is the goal in my life - to motivate people, guide people to do the right things, and be bored. Are they exercising in the gym?

For me, it is not that I have won many competitions or been on the cover of magazines, but how many people are on your drums Relied to start fitness, how many people have changed their physique with your help.

Do you lose fat during weight-making competitions or keep your body shape all year round?

I basically maintain my body shape for one year, but I will increase my body fat by 10% in winter. Because I can practice blocks in winter. But since I am a natural fitness player, I cannot exceed the upper limit of 94KG in non-season periods. The level I am at is close to the limit of my potential. If I can grow 1-2KG pure muscle in a year, I will be very relieved.

What kind of aerobic exercise do you usually practice?

I try to avoid aerobic exercise, but generally I like aerobic exercise. Aerobic exercise will make me lose a lot of muscle. I usually switch between HIIT and regular aerobic, but I rarely practice aerobic exercise.

What is your recipe when trying to reach its peak state?

At the beginning I just stopped eating carbs 4-5 hours before going to bed Physical. The second step I will have a carbohydrate cycle to lose fat, and finally I will have a ketogenic diet (high fat, low carb, proper protein). This is just when I am about to reach 5% body fat.
