Core tip: Specifically, in actual combat confrontation or in situations where attacks and forced to defend themselves on the streets, the new Taekwondo technology is undoubtedly better than the old technology that is bound by form.

Taekwondo was called Taekwondo in ancient times, and it originated from the folk martial arts of ancient Korea.

As early as 688 AD, the Silla Kingdom unified Korea, the economy was prosperous, all industries were prosperous, and a "Hualang system" was established. When King Zhenxing was in the time of King Zhenxing, the "Hualang Dao" was established. Hualang Dao is the organizational form of the Hualang system, which was to organize young people to practice martial arts. Its purpose is to "serve the king with loyalty, serve the parents with filial piety, serve friends with trust, do not retreat at the battle, and have a choice in killing the body", in order to hone your will and The body cultivates and creates a group of soldiers who are loyal to the emperor, filial, brave, tenacious, and fearless.

In 935 AD, the Silla Dynasty was overthrown and the Goryeo Dynasty was established. The combat effectiveness of the soldiers came from their daily training and their love for Taekwondo. They often hit walls or wooden blocks with their fists and palms to hone their hands' attack ability. King Zhonghui, who loved bare hands, specially invited Jin Zhendu, a soldier with extraordinary arm strength and martial arts skills to the palace to perform his hand fighting skills, which greatly shocked Taekwondo's reputation and became increasingly accepted by the general public. In 1392, the Goryeo Dynasty was replaced by the Li Dynasty, and martial arts and Taekwondo were not paid enough attention, but this activity among the people never stopped.

After Japan invaded North Korea in 1910, it established a colonial government, and once ordered the ban on all cultural activities, Taekwondo was naturally doomed. Some people who were unwilling to be lonely or forced by life stayed away from their territory, went to China or Japan to make a living, and continued Taekwondo. More importantly, they integrated and combined it with Chinese martial arts and Japanese martial arts, giving birth to a new technical system. After World War II, self-defense techniques emerged again, and the Koreans who returned from a foreign country to their hometowns also brought the martial arts skills of various countries back to their homeland, gradually integrating them with Taekwondo to form the current Taekwondo system. 1 In 1955, the self-defense technique known as North Korea was officially named "Taitbox Do".

In September 1961, South Korea established the Tang Handa Association, which was later renamed the Taekwondo Association and became the official competition event of the National Games. In 1966, the first international Taekwondo organization, the International Taekwondo Alliance, was established. In May 1973, the World Taekwondo Federation was established in Seoul. In 1975, the "World Taekwondo Federation" was accepted as a formal member by the International Sports Federation. In 1980, the International Olympic Committee officially recognized the World Taekwondo Federation. The World Taekwondo Federation has more than 100 member states and more than 65 million enthusiasts practice Taekwondo.

In 1988, after Taekwondo debuted at the Seoul Olympics in South Korea, in order to adapt to major international competitions, Taekwondo technology was constantly changing and developing. There is a special technical committee in the headquarters of the World Taekwondo League, whose main task is to reform the current Taekwondo technology.

Today's Taekwondo movements do not seem to be as smooth as before, nor do they pay attention to the balance of the body in sports as before. However, the test of Taekwondo technology today does not lie in its appearance, but in actual combat. Specifically, in actual combat confrontation or in situations where attacks and forced to defend themselves in the streets, the new Taekwondo technology is undoubtedly better than the old technology that is bound to form.
