It doesn’t matter how much boxing routines can be, what is important is whether the kung fu is good. The kung fu in Baguazhang is a circle - Baguazhang - "turn". Baguazhang is the characteristics of Baguazhang. Some people once said that the ultimate truth of each martial arts is the same, and there is no need to distinguish their own characteristics. In fact, it is a bias to say this. Although Kung fu is a bit biased. The end of practice is different, but for a long time before this, a certain martial art you practiced must have its own distinctive characteristics. For Baguazhang, you practice "straight step and twist and rotate", so Baguazhang is of course a basic skill that must be practiced, and it is the most important basic skill.

From the discussions of his predecessors, Bagua Zhang was "sticky or walking, opening or closing, even leaving, throwing or raising, and appearing and appearing." "Sometimes real or empty, sometimes hard or soft, without shape, and unpredictable changes." To practice such kung fu, You must practice the corresponding steps, body techniques and strength. In addition to the same as other boxing types, the room for movement of Bagua Zhang waist should be increased, and the body movements should be rolled up and down and the footwork should also be greatly changed. You must loosen the joints of the whole body, loosen your shoulders, loosen your waist, loosen your hips, separate your body up and down, and use "head hanging" to lead the whole body, slant your body, twist your waist, and light steps. In order to achieve this goal, the best way is of course to walk around. It can be said that the various Bagua Zhang skills that are the same or different from other boxing types are all practiced through walk around.

Walking around is the "traveling stance", and its characteristic is that the "combination of movement and stillness" always runs through the entire training process.
