Deadlift is divided into leg flexion and leg flexion, both of which are comprehensive exercise methods.
Many people often confuse and cannot distinguish the differences in the movements of the two and their target exercise parts. Generally, conventional deadlift refers to leg flexion and deadlift, which mainly exercises the back; straight leg flexion is actually very similar to conventional deadlift, but by changing the details and thoughts, more load can be applied to the biceps femoris (hamstrings).
