Stabilize the shoulder joint - an important rotator cuff (rotator cuff)
Shoulder joint is the joint with the greatest mobility in the human body, and can rotate almost 360 degrees, while the stability and movement of the shoulder are mainly responsible for the rotating muscles
The rotating muscles are composed of four small muscles: the supraspinatus, infraspinatus, subscapularis subscapularis and teres minor teres. The four muscles connecting the scapula and humerus work together to allow the shoulder joint to make complex three-dimensional movements; the arms can perform uplift, abduction, stretching and rotation.
Storing muscles/rotator sleeves (rotator) cuff) is an extremely important muscle group for baseball, softball, badminton tennis, swimmers and sports that rotate the shoulder joints a lot. Although the rotating muscles are classified as small muscle groups and are not the main source of strength, they play an important role in stabilizing the upper arm humeral and shoulders when they move a large scale in the shoulder joint.
The rotating muscle group
Together they surround the shoulder and the humeral joint to make it stable.
The humeral attachment of the four small muscles of the rotating muscle group is located at the tuberculosis. Rather than saying that the four muscles are "connected" to the humeral tuberculosis, it is more appropriate to say that "covering" the humeral tuberculosis is more appropriate than saying that "covering" the humeral tuberculosis is "more" than saying that the four muscles are "connected" with the humeral tuberculosis, it is more appropriate to say that "covering" the humeral tuberculosis is more appropriate. .
Subscapularis muscle covers the nodules from the front of the body; the subspine and teres minor muscle covers the nodules from the back of the body; the supraspinalis muscle covers the nodules from the upper edge of the shoulder. This kind of covering is like a short-sleeved sleeve (cuff), which is why it is translated as "rotating muscle sleeve" in Chinese.
Injury mechanism
The damage to the rotating muscle group directly affects the stability of the shoulder joint, and thus causes functional disorders to varying degrees. Usually, the movement of raising hands over the shoulder can easily cause damage to the rotating muscles on the shoulder. When the arm is raised, the place where the rotating muscle sleeve covers the nodules will be pushed upwards, and then the acromion (acromion) bones friction (there is a bursa between the nodules and the acromion as buffer). When the rotator sleeves constantly rub and squeeze with the acromion for a long time, the part of the muscle sleeve may rupture due to wear, which is commonly known as rotator cuff tears). Moreover, because of the muscle group of the shoulder, as long as one of the muscles has problems, it will directly or indirectly affect other muscles or even other joints. Therefore, the injury should be avoided from the beginning.
There are many causes of rotating tendonitis of the shoulder joint: external impact or sprain, excessive lifting or carrying heavy objects, repeated throwing actions, or excessive use of the tendon itself to cause inflammation and deterioration, etc.
Such pain problems usually occur in the following athletes: baseball, softball, badminton, tennis, freestyle and butterfly swimmers, bowling, javelin or shoulder weight training. They will also occur in heavy workers, often moving Repeated work of heavy objects or shoulders such as scrubbing glass and walls.
The degree of tendon inflammation can be divided into three levels
Mortal: A small part of the tendon has tear muscle fibers, which will cause pain when the muscle is exerted or when the affected part is pressed, and there is no special appearance.
Moderate: There are quite a lot of fibers broken by the tendon, and it is complicated by hematoma. The injured muscle has weakened its strength and limited its functionality, and the appearance may be swollen.
Severe: refers to the entire tendon breaking, and the muscles completely lose their function at this time, and the broken tendon shrinks to both end points.
