How did you start?
I used to be a track and field athlete, and when I was preparing to participate in the Olympics, I was ruined by a knee injury. I went into the gym and rehabilitated my knees, and I fell in love with fitness. After more than a decade of unremitting training, I entered my first fitness competition. I felt extremely nervous in advance, but these concerns were redundant, the game I won. Since I first won, I fell in love with this exciting game. Fortunately, I always won the championship, and that's how I entered the fitness modeling industry.
I have been working on the fitness modeling industry for the past 2 years, and I have also managed to get some pretty big magazine covers. Such as: Musclemag, Oxygen, Fitness RX and American Curves.
What are your motivations?
My motivation comes from my desire to be young. I am always in exercise, looking for new goals and new challenges. I want to take better photos to make my body look better
Your dietary habits
I try to keep it simple and make sure it contains lean protein and lots of vegetables. I also try to train harder more frequently, so I can also increase the total calories I consume. I recently fell in love with Muay Thai and boxing. Both exercises have stimulated my appetite! Now I have to eat a little more to ensure I do these two more intense trainings, which is a typical 1 day. Of course, it may change.
