Recommended motions to improve shoulder flexibility: Shoulder surround
After the previous improvement of shoulder joint mobility, "Ground Sliding Floor After the article "Slides" and "Foaming Roller Pectoral Extension to Improve Shoulder Mobility", today I will introduce another excellent movement to you! To help your shoulders improve mobility!
Shoulder surround
This action can not only strengthen but also activate joints. It can also improve shoulder and neck discomfort
You can use elastic bands, PVC water pipes, ropes or wooden sticks to perform! The elastic band will be better, the elastic contraction will not appear stiff, and it is more friendly to the shoulders!
The movement is very simple The body is straight and cannot swing forward and backward.
The palms of both hands hold the elastic band or P respectively VC water pipe.
As shown in the figure: the elbow joint is slightly bent and fixed, raise both arms to the side, and then wrap the wooden stick around the back of the body.
Make a brief pause and slowly relax and place the wooden stick on the chest.
Remember to straighten your chest and tighten your abdomen.
You can also use elastic ropes and ropes!
The movements should be carried out slowly and in an orderly manner. Pay attention to synchronizing the two sides when completing the movements
The number of groups
Keep 3-4 groups of 8-12 times per group, and rest time is 30-45 seconds.
This shoulder training allows you to know how to improve the range of movement of your shoulders (Range Of Motion, ROM) and untie the tightness of the upper back. When performing movements, if you feel stuck or pain, please grab the distance between your hands a little bit. The more you grab it, the difficulty will be lower and lower.
