The editor has previously introduced the Prisoner’s Fitness - The True Power Book Introduction Chapter 1, Part 2, Part 3, and Part 4. Next, I will introduce the fourth part.
I am really lucky to be able to touch and learn their exercise philosophy in a lot. For example, Joe emphasized the fact that many people used their body weight training to truly strengthen their bodies. Of course, in order to show their strength, they also had to use external objects - such as iron barrels and nails, but most of the time, they strengthen their strength by controlling their bodies. In fact, Joe hated barbells and dumbbells. In prison He often said to me in the restaurant: "Now, people try to use barbells and dumbbells to make their size bigger, which is really stupid. In fact, using their own body can create an impressive physique, and this is the training method of ancient Greek and Roman athletes. Looking at the statues passed down from that era, those guys' muscles are bigger than those that are used to grow with drugs today, and it is more memorable. The muscles of ancient athletes who acted as models when artists created these statues were obviously very developed. I think even if they come to this day, they can easily win the bodybuilding competition. In fact, until 19 People invented weightable barbells in the century. If these facts are not enough to make you agree with my point of view, then you can take a look at modern male gymnasts, who are almost all exercising with their own weight. Among them, many of them have enough physiques to make many bodybuilders ashamed.
After learning, it is my experience in the past few years. Many experts have talked to them—many are elite strongmen. For them, exercise is A belief, a lifestyle. It is not exaggerated to say that. Over the years, I have learned a lot of tips and techniques about fitness and slowly integrated them into my system. Like other inmates, I have realized the importance of physical strength from prison life, because there are few safe and comfortable life in prison. I keep working hard and sweating, trying to convert the fitness knowledge I hear into concrete practices. In order to personally verify the correctness of various information, I have been doing a day. I have never stopped. Among the many inmates, I am famous for being addicted to exercise and always maintaining my peak state. Things I participate in are always quick to fight because I have good strength and strong explosive power. Over time, I became a legend. Naturally, I gained more respect than when I was not exercised, and even received praise from some prison guards for this way of life and ability.
In the last few years of serving my sentence, my name as a fitness strongman The sound is loud, and many people (mainly new prisoners) come to me every day to make me coach. They all heard that I can make them become tough guys in prison in a short time, and my fees are moderate. They want to learn lost skills (it is really rare outside of prison), and want to learn how to develop muscles that are powerful, physically strong, beastly and powerful powers-without using equipment, because most of them are too low to enter the yard The strength training area in the strength training area.
I have taught hundreds of prisoners in prison, and have gained a lot of valuable experience, which I cannot obtain through exercise alone. I know how to apply my skills to people with different body shapes and different metabolic abilities, and also understand some mental factors that will affect fitness, such as different people have different fitness motivations. Therefore, I was able to constantly adjust my exercise system and refine my exercise system step by step, so that people of any level can easily master it.
The book you are holding now is the "secret fitness manual" I summarized in prison. It represents my teaching results and my hard work. If I don't train my students to be strong enough, what I wait for is not just missing an opportunity in a certain competition, or finish second in a bodybuilding competition. The prison is cruel, and here, becoming strong is for Living life; here, if you are weak or make others think you are weak, it means losing your life. People who have received my training are still alive and live well.
Grateful for all this!
The lights are out!
In a cruel environment of head-on battles, how important is the power and aura of men. Regarding this, my experience is enough to write a book, and maybe one day I will write them all. But at present, this book is not about surveillance Life in prison is about fitness. I also mentioned some experiences in prison. This is just to let everyone understand the environment in which traditional training techniques can survive. It is a barbaric, isolated and shocking place. You don’t need to go to prison in person - stay away from it, but I can guarantee that since my set is effective for people in the most difficult and evil environment, it will also work for you.
Trust me!
