Burpee is a classic full-body performance training movement that can effectively improve intensity and improve sports performance

  1. Become a preparatory position for push-ups, tighten the torso, and stabilize the shoulders and hip joints. Ensure that the lumbar spine (lower back) remains naturally arranged during the entire movement, and do not flex and stretch!

  2.
