Overview of the 24 simple Tai Chi styles and their groupings
Overview:
The simple Tai Chi routine is a kind of fitness boxing. In 1956, some experts organized by the State Sports Commission, based on the traditional Yang style Tai Chi, based on the principles of simplicity to traditional, step by step, easy to learn and remember, and eliminate the complex and difficult movements. The twenty-four styles were selected to compile the "Simplified Tai Chi". The complete set consists of four sections, and one set can be practiced in about 5 minutes. The main movements include wild horses splitting mane and knee-hanging step and rolling the arms and squeezing single whip cloud hands and kicking their feet left and right to independently shuttle the sea needle and flashing the arms, and moving the hammer.

Preparatory posture
Stand upright with your feet, drooping your arms, slightly bent your fingers, weak jaw tip strength, chin slightly retracts your tongue against the upper palate and looks straight to your eyes, relaxes your whole body

1. Starting posture
1. The body is naturally upright, the feet are open, shoulder-width as they are, the toes are facing forward, the arms are naturally drooping, the hands are placed on the outside of the thighs, and the eyes are looking forward.
2. Raise your arms slowly forward and straight, your hands are shoulder-width high and shoulder-width, and your palms are facing downward.
3. Keep the upper body straight, bend your legs and squat down, and press gently on both palms at the same time, sag your elbows and face the knees, and look straight ahead.
2. The left and right wild horses are divided into manes
1. Left wild horse splits mane
Slightly turn right, hold the ball, turn the body up, break up, break up
(1) Turn the upper body slightly to the right, move the center of gravity of the body to the right leg, and at the same time, put the right arm in front of the chest and bend it flatly, with the palm of your hand facing down, the left hand is arced to the right lower, put the palm of your hand upward, and the palm of your hand facing upward, the palm of your hand is opposite to the ball, and the left leg is then placed on the inside of the right foot, the toes are pointed at the ground, and the right hand is looked at.
(2) Turn the body slightly to the left, step forward with the left foot, push the right heel back, and the right leg is naturally straightened to form a left bow step. At the same time, the upper body continues to turn left, and the left and right hands slowly separate to the upper left and lower right as the body rotates. The left hand is high and the eyes are flat (palmly upward), the elbow is slightly bent, the right hand falls next to the right hip, and the elbow is also slightly bent, the palm of the hand is facing down, the fingertips are facing forward, and the eyes are looking at the left hand.
2. Right Mustang splits mane

(1) Sit slowly back on the upper body, move the center of gravity of the body to the right leg, raise the left toe, and slid outward (about 45 degrees to 60 degrees).

At the same time, turn the left hand down, retract the left arm in front of the chest, flex it flatly, put the right hand to the upper left, place it under the left hand, and the palms of the hands are opposite to the ball, and then hold the right foot to the inside of the left foot, point the toe to the ground, and look at the left hand.

7. Left-hanging Bird's Tail

8. Right capturing the bird's tail
