Office yoga relaxing neck

The neck will feel discomfort after staying in the office for a long time. The following yoga tricks can effectively relax the neck joints.

        Triangular style

  1. Stand upright, spread your feet as wide as your shoulders.

  2. Inhale, open your arms, parallel to the ground.

  3. Exhale, bend your waist to the left, place your left hand on the seat surface of the chair (the left hand can also be placed on the left foot), and your arms are in a straight line.

  4. Turn your head to look at your right hand, and then breathe 5 to 10 times normally, slowly restore it.

  5. Change to the other side and do it twice on both sides.

  Neck positioning method

  1. Sitting on the chair, with your upper body upright, and put your hands naturally on your thighs.

  2. Extend the head to the front, back, left and right directions respectively. 2 times.

  3. Relax your neck and turn your head in a clockwise and counterclockwise for 1 week. Do 3 times.

  4. Stand upright, slowly turn to the left, exhale evenly while putting your chin on your shoulders, keep breathing 5 times evenly, and slowly restore. Change to the right side and do it again, do it twice on the left and right sides.

          Half Lotus Single Leg Back Extension Style

     1. Sit on a chair with your upper body upright.

  2. Bend your left leg, place your left foot at the base of your right thigh, with the soles of your feet facing up, forming a half-lotus sitting position (you can also place your left foot on the chair seat at the base of your right thigh), and keep your right calf perpendicular to the ground.

  3. Inhale and stretch your hands upward.

  4. Exhale, lower your head, and stretch your hands forward.

  5. Try to place your palms on the ground, inhale and raise your head.

  6. Exhale, relax and lower your head, place your upper body on your right thigh, keep breathing 5 to 10 times evenly, and restore. 7. Repeat on the other side, do 3 times on both sides.
