Challenge rules

1. Lead the team on Sina Weibo topic #IWF&JD Health Super Fitness Team Online Challenge # #DMS Champions Cup# Releases one-minute challenge video;

2. The day after the team leader’s challenge video is released, the team members of each team will release the challenge video in sequence in order of the official list. One person will be one day, and cannot be repeated;

3. Each team (including the team leader) needs to complete two challenges projects. The duration of a single challenge video must exceed one minute. The challenge process will be complete without any editing or acceleration, and it will be used to count the number of projects completed in one minute, otherwise the single score of the project will be cleared;

4 , The challenge cycle of a single event is ten days. After the first round of challenge one-minute push-up content is completed, the leader will start to enter the second round of challenge one-minute dynamic tablet;

5. The final challenge results of each team are summed up to twenty results. If there is a split equally, the team will be divided into one round of events to add up.

1. The prizes and trophysical teams of the championship, runner-up and third-place teams of the challenge are awarded;

Champion team: 3,000 yuan cash reward;

Runner-up team: 2,000 yuan cash reward Gold reward;

Third team: 1,000 yuan cash reward;

2. Top 5 trophys for popular teams were awarded;

3. Top 10 popular team leaders and trophys for celebrity team leaders were awarded;

4. All members selected as super teams can receive a gift package for cooperative brands.
