The lower back muscles are the core that supports our entire body, and any movement of yours will alarm it! Whether you are walking, sitting or lying down!
However, the spinal vertical muscles are relatively fragile. Only when you train properly can you avoid injuries and achieve the purpose of muscle growth.
The biceps or abdominal muscles can withstand various training and a lot of repetitions. However, the lower back muscles are different from them. When doing a lot of repetitive bend and straightening movements, they are prone to fatigue. In addition, it is one of the least easy muscles to recover after high-intensity training in the human body.
Prescription for lower back muscle training
Any confrontational training involving bent and straight waist can be regarded as lower back muscle training.
The following are three exercises I suggest you to do (you can choose 2-3 of them, do it once a week, 4-6 sets each time).
1. Back stretch: Face down, lie horizontally on the back stretching board. Cross your hands behind your head, fix your legs on the board, bend your upper body, and slowly descend until the upper body is basically perpendicular to the ground.
Then, lift the upper body and return in the original direction. At the end of the action, slightly raise your chest and arch your back, the body is basically parallel to the ground, and the upper body can be slightly raised upward.
