Super group! Two movements are in one group, and there is no rest between groups!
Movement arrangement: Romanian deadlift + leg curl!
First One action is a compound action deadlift! Choose 6-10RM! Let your muscles challenge the heavy weight! Then immediately perform a single joint action of 15RM so that you can feel its existence
Remember: try to slow down the rhythm as much as possible in the entire range of motion! Focus on keeping the target muscles tensile and increasing the time the muscles are under tension, rather than snatching the birds quickly!
