During the movements, you need to use the core muscles to maintain the stability and neutrality of the spine and pelvis! (Muscle-building training courses teach you how to quickly gain muscle.)
There are many changes in pushups, and the difficulty is high and low! It is mainly to fight against our own body weight (can also load weight)
But do pushups often do you know how much weight you lift?

The ground reaction force (GRF) of each version of pushups is a few% of your weight:
1. Place your feet on a box with a height of 60.96 – 74%
2. Place your feet on a box with a height of 30.48 – 70%
