Angle change training is a method to comprehensively exercise the target muscles by changing the movement techniques, and to achieve different exercise effects by changing the movement techniques. It makes the muscles more perfect.
The angle change training method is a technique. For the same muscle, angle change training can make the entire muscle system coordinated proportions and ideal shape perfect.
"Change angle" is basically reflected in two aspects:
One is to stimulate different muscle bundles or parts of the target muscle group through the change of position during exercise;
The second is to change the force line to achieve a focused stimulation of different positions and muscle bundles of the target muscle.
The change of body posture:
"Standing" includes upright, Standing down, kneeling down, standing forward Ⅹ angle
"Sitting" includes upright sitting, sitting down, sitting down, sitting up, etc.
"Lying" includes horizontal supine, upward lying, downward lying, horizontal prone, upward lying, etc.
For example, for both bench presses, due to the differences in the postures used for flat, upward and downward lying, they focus on stimulating the pectoralis major muscles: lying flat to exercise the whole pectoralis major muscles, and focus on exerting the lateral wing, intermediate groove and lower edge groove of the middle pectoralis major muscles; the focus on the upper chest and the connection with the anterior bundle of the deltoid muscles; the focus on the lower oblique is the lateral wing and lower edge groove of the lower pectoralis major muscles. The bench presses of these three positions complement each other and are indispensable, and they jointly build an ideal chest.
