Fitness bar tips: This fitness plan is provided by a fitness coach, and the guidance outline for students to go to fitness each time. Usually the process is to demonstrate the 5 movements that need to be done at the second time, and then guide some students to do 5 movements in turn. And check whether the movements are standard and reasonable. After the key points meet the standards, the students are arranged to complete the movements of the day in turn.
The following movements are used as 24 exercises, and each time they go to the gym to practice the training plan. It is recommended to go to the gym 3-5 times a week. Members can also explore by themselves through the movement demonstration provided by the muscles online, so that they do not have to be guided by the coach.
The entire fitness plan can be adjusted appropriately according to personal circumstances. More fitness coaches are welcome to provide us with practical lesson plans.
