1. Put on breathable clothes and bring a towel for sweat wiping.

Whether you are imagining yourself as a cheetah and running hard on a treadmill; or using any kind of weightlifting equipment and hoping to train the Hulk's figure, you must determine whether someone is waiting for use behind you and the total number of hours you use. Don't end it up just because others stand behind and put pressure on them, but sometimes you should also think from the standpoint of others and don't occupy the fitness equipment.
Generally speaking , the treadmill should not be used for more than 30 minutes at a time, unless no one is waiting in line behind; after finishing weight training, turn the weight back to the normal value before use; so that others can freely borrow machines or dumbbells you will not use for the time being. This is not your gym.
3. Be polite.
As mentioned above, this is everyone's gym, so please treat everyone kindly and keep "please, thank you, sorry" on your lips. Also pay attention to the volume you make (Especially when you are lifting weights) Don’t turn the music too loudly and force people around you to listen. These are common etiquettes.
4. If you need any assistance, don’t hesitate and ask the staff at any time.
When you don’t know how to operate fitness equipment, don’t be afraid to ask the employees, personal coaches, or fitness consultants in the gym. In addition, if you need weightlifting, don’t be ashamed to ask the assistant for help. This will allow you to exercise safely and efficiently.
