What is pyramid training?
Pyramid training is a high-intensity and comprehensive muscle stimulation exercise.
For muscle strength and circumference training, pyramid training is one of the best training methods.
To understand pyramid training, let’s first look at: incremental training method and decreasing training method:
1. Decreasing group
Decreasing group training: After warming up, start training directly from the highest weight that can be loaded. Until it cannot be operated, reduce the weight immediately and then operate, and then enter the next group immediately.
Simplely speaking, when you do one set of exercises and lose weight immediately, reduce the weight immediately and continue to do it, and be exhausted again
"Decreasing group" can greatly increase the training muscle groups Under normal circumstances, you will stop after doing one set of movements until you are exhausted, but the decreasing group is different. It can make your muscles compress for a longer period of time, which is much higher than ordinary training.
2. Incremental group
Accelerating group training This training method is that each group is heavier than the previous group, starting with a light weight, and then increasing the weight all the way. It just opposite to the decreasing group training!
The characteristics of the incremental group: the density and intensity of the training are relatively large, and the muscles are stimulated very much. It is to quickly improve muscle strength
The interval time of each movement should also gradually increase from the beginning of 30 seconds. The maximum rest between groups should not exceed 4 minutes.
