Get fat after midnight snacks: Things are not what you think!

In the eyes of weight loss, eating at night is definitely a taboo. Many people have become a habit of eating midnight snacks. If they don’t eat one night, they will be hungry.

The traditional concept is that the later they eat, the more likely the food they eat will become fat and accumulate.

Maybe our concept has always been wrong?

1. Eating at night burns more fat

In the United States, scientists divide 10 women into two groups; the first group of women eats a hearty breakfast and lunch every day, and the other group eats a particularly hearty dinner for midnight snacks.

The foods of these two groups are exactly the same, only the eating time is different. After three months, scientists actually found that the evening eating group has a strong fat metabolism rate, and also reduces more fat tissue!

2. Pros and cons of eating at night?

Israeli scholars A six-month human experiment was conducted in 2011. It was found that focusing starchy foods at night will not only not gain weight, but will not gain weight, maintain a sense of fullness and improve many blood biochemical indicators.

But here I still need to remind you that this experiment transfers starch to the evening to eat, and the total amount is still controlled. It does not mean that eating more starch at night will help lose weight!

3. Summary

It is recommended that friends do not need to be too obsessed with their meal time. Concentrating calories at night is even helpful for weight loss. But this does not mean that using a bucket of ice cream as a midnight snack will not gain weight. Natural food should be chosen to avoid high sugar. Eating an apple or egg at night is actually innocuous!
