If you think there is only one simple push-up, then you are wrong. Through some simple changes in position, you can almost complete the whole body training.
1. Diamond push-ups
Different to ordinary push-ups, diamond push-ups are mainly changes in hand shape. The hands are no longer separated from both sides of the body, but are close together. The thumbs and index fingers of the left and right hands are respectively in contact to form a diamond shape. Use the standard of normal push-ups, each group also does 5 to 10.
2. Wide push-ups
Separate your hands to a distance of nearly twice the width of the shoulder. Other standards are the same as ordinary push-ups, and each group also does 5 to 10.
3. Mishand push-ups
One hand is placed in a normal position to support the ground, and the other hand is moved forward by about ten centimeters. The other standards are the same as ordinary push-ups, with 5 to 10 inches per group.
4. Explosive push-ups
When the body is prone to approach the ground, it does not support and recover according to the ordinary practice, but pushes the body with greater explosive force with both hands and goes up into the air.
