Mountaineering can enhance muscle strength, joint flexibility and body coordination. Especially in autumn, the climate is relatively dry and the temperature difference between day and night is relatively large. Therefore, when climbing, you should pay more attention to the nutritional conditions of your body and provide reasonable nutritional supplements.

When climbing, you should pay attention to following this nutritional principle:

First, supply sufficient calories.

Surviving is an exercise that digests energy relatively large, energy supply is very important. Before climbing the mountain, climbers should prepare a certain amount of food according to the climbing time. Food should include carbohydrates and eggs. White matter and fat are three functional substances, and try to maintain a balanced nutrition.

Carbohydrates are generally suitable for bread, cakes, canned eight-treasure porridge and other convenient and light foods. High-fat nuts, chocolate and other high energy and small size, which is a good functional food for long-term aerobic exercise such as mountaineering.
