Flying pull-ups!

  In the crossfit movement, you can see many people using the force of swing to pull ups. Can they use the pull-ups to pull ups?

  The answer is: NO!

  In fact, it is an advanced pull-up movement called "kipping pull up" and it is also a great training method!! It's just a different concept of people!
