I have heard of some crazy things that are difficult for you to behave. When I was 16, the worst advice I heard was that cabbage can help your muscles grow. I got home and bought a lot of cabbage and started to eat like a rabbit. Of course, it was useless except to make my stomach hurt!
If someone says to you, "After learning his course, you can make huge changes, gain 50 pounds or lose 50 pounds, then he must be lying." The only secret to getting huge changes is perseverance training.
In my experience, the biggest change occurs in the first 1-2 years of fitness. After that, you enter a long-term slow process. Many fantasies can achieve a good figure in the short term, but there is really no. I'm sorry to tell you this reality.
3. Don’t be deceived by photos
Once a merchant sells pills such as "fat burning", they will take out a comparison photo of the trial before and after, which will make you sigh at the greatness of this product. However, what these trialists do not show what they usually look like.
With a few exceptions, it takes a long time to change, rather than the 30-day effect of a pill. The comparison photos before and after can be made on the same day. There are lighting, some skills of the photographer and the client. Seriously, you have been deceived!
For such people, in order to achieve this state, they have to start strictly controlling their dietary standards in the first 12 weeks and use diuretics in the last week. They are not in such a good state every day. What we need to do is to find a good balance between thinness and health.
5. Your self-awareness will hurt you
There are often inspirational sentences such as "crazy training" and "no rest days" on the Internet, but they are ridiculous!
