Be careful when exercising: Don’t just do the exercise you like

  Why can’t you break through? Why do you stagnate after exercising for a while?

  Problem 1: Choose the exercise you like to do but refuse to endure hardships and challenges

  After exercise for a long time, everyone will definitely find a set of their own "like" exercise mode, which will be fun, easy, convenient, and interesting... Don’t choose what you want, what you lack, what you want, but what you are "boring but effective" .

  Happiness and interest, bringing physical and mental comfort to exercise is the most important goal of the rookie stage. But if you continue in the same mode, your physical fitness and body are stagnant, will you still feel good?!

  Always only do what you like, choose to give up the serious ones: only do the pectoral biceps, not squat deadlifts and leg lifts, only do simple mechanical weight-shaping but not practice free weight-shaping; choose fun to give up the boring ones: only take group aerobic courses, not run 3000, 5000, interval training.

  Stretching is a waste of time~ squats are too tired and breathy~ Running is too boring, free weight is too unstable I can't even push you seriously... Because of hardship, fatigue and annoyance, you will feel retardant and repulsive.

  Successful people endure hardships and are brave to challenge. The weaker, the worse, the harder, the more tiring, the more boring, the more effective they do it, because the more effective! As the saying goes, only those who endure hardships can become the best.

  If you still feel repulsive and forcefully do them for the sake of results, you still cannot succeed because you are just dealing with things and will not be able to improve and excel. You must make yourself fall in love with them, fall in love with pain, fall in love with boredom, for your lofty goals and ideals.

  Problem 3: The goal is not clear enough

  Do you have a firm goal? Or just a playful attitude?

  Problem 4: The belief is not firm enough

 Do you firmly believe that you will succeed if you work hard, endure hardships, and fight until the explosion? I firmly believe that you will succeed if you survive it. Or will you give up when you encounter hardships and setbacks?   If you could marry the goddess of squats of 100 kilograms and 10 strokes, would you not try your best to do it?
