3. No exercise in the correct posture:
Everyone's body has different habits and small problems, such as poor joint mobility, uneven muscle strength, pelvic tilt, scoliosis, unstable core, or various small problems caused by modern long-term bad living habits, etc. These will make us use muscles and postures during exercise, or the burden on a certain joint becomes heavier, and then get injured.

4. No proper rest:
4. Do you exercise every day and every day. Do we give our body time to recover? If not, it only accumulates fatigue and overtraining will be the opposite!
5. Error in adjusting exercise intensity:
I believe some people will continue to exercise passionately for a while, but they may be busy with work or suddenly lazy, so they have not moved for a while, so their physical abilities have declined. However, when they suddenly have a whim, they misjudged that they can improve with their exercise for a while. After that, I have the same ability. I suddenly give too much stimulation to my body that has been asleep, and I will be injured.
So, before we think running or exercise is simple, do we have enough knowledge of our bodies? Or do we let the Internet information slaughter, not knowing what knowledge is outdated and which is correct? Or simply watch the video and do it without knowing that we have made different movements, or use the wrong place to work?
