Level 10 (orange belt)

Basic skills: three-stop step punch, five blocks Foot skills: forward kick Hand skills: stand-up box

Style method: Ping An 1, Tai Level 1, 2, 3 draw

Body ability: 1. 20 squat kicks (25 seconds passed)   2. Fist support for 2 minutes       3. Stand up 20 times (40 seconds passed)       4. Double head 20 times (adult) 20 sit-ups for children)

Level Nine (orange belt)

Basic skills: hand knife system, moving block (four types) Foot skills: forward kick and back kick combination

Tyle method: Ping An 1, 2 Foot skills Tai Chi 1       Body ability: 1. 40 squat kicks (50 seconds passed)       2. Fist support for 3 minutes 3. Jump up 30 times (passed in 50 seconds)         4. Double-headed or sit-ups 30

Eighth level (Blue belt)

Basic skills: Three-stop foot boxing style Hand skills (swing boxing) Foot skills: Forward, Back, Horizontal cuba combination

Style Method: Black elf elbow technique (adult only) Ping An 2 and 3 Foot skills Tai Chi 2

Body ability: 1. 50 squat kicks for 1 minute       2. Fist support for 4 minutes   3. Fist push-ups 20     4. 40 sit-ups

Seventh level (Blue belt one bar)

Basic skills: 1. Rear bend and stand-up movement hand knife system       2. Stroke foot skills lower block   3. Hand and foot skills combination

Tyle method: Ping An 3 and 4 Foot skills Tai Chi 3

Physical ability: 1. Jump on the 2nd minute                                                                                                                  2. Fist support for 5 minutes with 20 fist push-ups       3. Run for one minute in 10 meters (no less than 8 strokes)

Sixth level (yellow belt)

Basic skills: mobile comprehensive hand skills (forward, backward, four thighs)

Type method: Ping An 4, 5 foot skills Tai Chi one wrap    Practical battle: three games (2 minutes of each game, one minute of rest during the intermission, no winning or losing)

Physical energy: 1. Jump on 2 minutes with no less than 80     2. Fist fly 30   30   30 fist push-ups (drop style)

Five level (yellow belt one bar)

Plant method: Ping An Five, Ping An One Wrap Foot Skill Tai Chi Two Wrap

Practical battle: Four games (two minutes per game, one minute off, no winner)

Plant: 1. Running back and forth in 10 meters (no less than 30 trips in 4 minutes)   2. 40 fist push-ups (drop type)

Plant: 1. Running 60 times in 2. Bench press: 5 weights in 5 body

Second Level 3 (Green Belt One Bar)

Type Method: Guankan

Practical Battle: Eight games (2 minutes of net in each game, one minute of break in the middle, six wins)

Second Level 2 (Brown Belt)

Practical Battle: Nine games (2 minutes of net in each game, one minute of break in the middle, seven wins)

Level 1 (Brown Belt One Bar)

Practical Battle: Ten games (2 minutes of net in each game, one minute of break in the middle, eight wins)
