Overview

Aerobics can be divided into two categories: competitive aerobics and aerobics. Competitive aerobics are compiled, trained and competed according to the requirements of competitive aerobics rules. Aerobics is popular and there are no unified requirements.

Competitive aerobics

Competitive aerobics currently are roughly divided into three types of competitions: (1) National Aerobics Competition; (2) National Employee Aerobics Competition; (3) National College Student Aerobics Competition. Competitive aerobics have strict unified standards in terms of the size of the practice venue, the number of people practicing, specific movements, the speed of the movement rhythm, etc., and must be followed. Athletic aerobics

The purpose of aerobics is to improve health and can be used by people of different ages in society. It is created and compiled according to the needs of the practice subjects. The movements are simple and easy to learn, the rhythm is slightly slow, and the time is different. It can be arranged for 5 minutes to 1 hour. For example, the primary aerobics compiled by Jane Fonda, a famous American aerobics star, has 27 minutes. In Japan, general aerobics are about 1 hour. At present, aerobics in my country are carried out very widely, with various sets of aerobics exercises practicing time and venue, There is no unified standard for the number of people, content, name of movement, speed of rhythm, etc., and can be arranged according to the needs of the practitioner.

In addition to the above classification method, aerobics can also be classified into the following categories according to certain characteristics:

(1) According to the main purpose and task of the exercise, it can be divided into mass aerobics and competitive aerobics;

(2) According to the form of exercise, it can be divided into bare-hand aerobics, light-armed aerobics, and aerobics that use special aerobics for practice;

(3) According to the gender characteristics of the practitioner, it can be divided into female aerobics and male aerobics. Aerobics;

(4) According to the characteristics of the practitioners of different ages, they can be divided into children's aerobics, children's aerobics, teenagers' aerobics, youth aerobics, middle-aged aerobics and elderly aerobics;

(5) According to the characteristics of the human anatomical structure, according to the body parts, they can often be divided into neck aerobics, shoulder aerobics, arm aerobics, chest aerobics, waist and aerobics, hip aerobics, leg aerobics and foot aerobics;

(6) According to the content of the movement, they can be divided into body aerobics, posture aerobics, running and jump aerobics, and surface aerobics.
