The core muscle group must not be ignored

In our fitness training, there is a part of the muscles that we will train at all times, and every movement will work it, but it is also something that many people are prone to ignore because they don’t seem to have strong chest muscles, and the steel arms are more dazzling. But this part of the muscles that we cannot see are the most important. It is our core muscle group.

You can imagine the spine as the central pillar supporting the tent, and the core muscle group is the steel cable that fixes it.
