Being graceful and beautiful with beautiful legs is what every woman pursues and desires. The exercises introduced below are simple and easy to learn, effective, and are very popular among female college students in Japan. As long as you keep exercising for 9 minutes every day, you will have a new feeling.
1. Front of the thigh (60 notes)
1. Stand upright, cross your hands behind your head or hold them behind your ears, and take a deep breath.
2. Take a step forward and squat down at the same time. Keep your body upright, use force on the front of the thigh, stop for a moment, and inhale and restore. Alternate between left and right legs.
2. The back of the thigh (60 seconds)
1. Bend your knees and elbows and lie on your back. One leg is one knee to support your body, lift the other leg up, form a straight line with the body, inhale.
2. Curl your calves while exhale, and tighten the muscles at the back of the thighs, stop for a moment, restore. Alternate between left and right legs.
3. Buttocks (60 seconds )
1. Support the ground with both hands, one leg bends and one leg bends and try to get close to the abdomen as close as possible, do not lift the back, inhale.
2. While exhaling, raise the legs in front of the chest and abdomen backward until the thighs and torso are in a straight line, and apply force to the hips. Alternate the left and right legs 10 times each.
4. Inner thighs (60 seconds)
1. Lying on your back, one leg bends and supports the ground, and the other leg is hooked to the toes and straightens the legs. Raise.
2. Slowly spread the raised legs outward while inhaling, tighten the muscles on the inner thighs. Exhale and restore. Alternate the left and right legs 10 times.
5. Calf (30 seconds)
1. Stand slightly apart on the steps, with your heels drooping, inhale.
2. Lift your heels while exhale and stop at the horizontal point. People with balance can put their hands in their waists, but they cannot arch their backs.
