2. Dumbbell weight lifting heels

3. Weight-bearing stool
Standing with the dumbbell, lift one foot and place it on the stool to do the stool, then lower the hips of the left leg, return to the starting position, and perform alternately with both legs.
4. Leg push-up heels
This action should be done with your toes holding the push rod, push the push rod upwards on tiptoe, and when you shrink your calf, lift your heels as much as possible, maintain the push up position, bend the ankle joint and lower the heels.
