  Preparation:

3. Vegetable eel roast

Ingredients: 20 mushrooms, 1 green pepper, and 1 tomato. Soy sauce, sweet potato powder, too white powder, white sesame seeds, red sugar, pepper powder, and soy sauce.

  Preparation:

  ① Wash the mushrooms, soak them in water for 3 to 4 hours, and after they are completely expanded, drain the water and cut off the pedicle; wash the green peppers and tomatoes and slice them for later use.

② Use cutters Cut the mushroom strips 0.5 cm wide from the periphery of the mushrooms into the center in a spiral manner. After all the mushrooms are cut in sequence, add soy sauce, red sugar, pepper and sesame oil and stir evenly marinate for 10 minutes.

  ③ Mix sweet potato powder and Taibai powder well, add the marinated mushrooms and mix well, then put the mushroom strips in 170℃ oil for 6 to 8 minutes, remove them, drain the oil, sprinkle with white sesame seeds and mix well.

   ④Create a new oil pan, add green peppers and tomatoes and stir-fry until cooked, then add mushroom strips and stir-fry evenly before starting the pan.

4. Honeycomb potatoes

Ingredients: 150 grams of potatoes, 1 egg, and 25 grams of flour. A little raw powder, sugar, refined oil, and refined salt.

  Preparing the potatoes, cut them into peas-sized grains, and rinse them with clean water; knock the eggs into large bowls, beat them and add flour. Knead the raw powder and fine salt into a ball, then add clean water (about 350 grams) to make a thinner dough, and then add potato grains to the dough.

  ② Take a wok with a diameter of 35 cm and set it onto the heat, add refined oil and burn until 60% hot, remove the potato grains in the dough, first slowly sprinkle it into a circle (soak and fry), then pour a small amount of dough while frying until the crispy layer accumulated in the pot forms a "honeycomb".

  ③Contain the oil temperature in the pot to 60% hot, dip the baking powder in the bowl with your right hand, then spread the baking powder on the "honeycomb" in the pot. Repeat this repeatedly until the baking powder is sprinkled.

  ④When the "honeycomb" in the pot is fried until it is crispy, remove the oil, and then move the "honeycomb" into the disc and sprinkle it with sugar.
