Movement Instructions
Muscle↓
Exercise location: anterior deltoid muscle.
Main exercise: triceps | mid-deltoid muscle | undertraps | serratus anterior.
Second exercise: upper trapezoid muscle.
Preparation ↓
Catch the dumbbell and do it straight on the dumbbell bench or bench, place the dumbbell in front of your chest with both hands. Palm facing towards your chest.
Process ↓ The dumbbell is pushed towards the head. Flip the wrist, so that the palm faces up. Keep the arms slightly bent, then return and repeat the movement.
