I often hear the term armor line. Where does it refer to? In fact, it refers to the position of our deltoid muscle. It affects a large number of visual effects and must not be ignored!

When the lines between the deltoid muscle and the secondary and triceps are separated clearly, the whole arm will be very eye-catching and will definitely be the focus of attention! So, how to distinguish the general "shoulder" parts? How to train it? The shoulder refers to the trapezoidal muscles (or shoulder oblique muscles) and the deltoid muscles (the part of the uppermost edge of the arm is close to the shoulder joint). The deltoid muscles can be divided into the anterior, lateral and posterior deltoid muscles according to the location. Today I will focus on the training of the deltoid muscles with you!

The position of the anterior deltoid muscles is on the front of the deltoid muscles, about the front of the human body. The main function is to lift the arms forward. Generally speaking, most people have developed more front triangles than the lateral and posterior triangles, because the front triangle muscles such as "bench press" and "oblique push" will use the front triangle. As for what movements should be used to train the front triangle? Here are two common movements!

1. Dumbbell pressing

Dumbbell pressing will train the anterior deltoid muscle, lateral deltoid muscle and triceps of the arm, which is one of the very basic movements for practicing deltoid muscle. It is best to sit on a chair with a backrest to reduce the pressure on the lumbar spine, and lift the dumbbells on the left and right sides of the shoulders. Before starting pushing, let the palms face each other and the dumbbells are parallel. During the pushing process, naturally turn the palm forward, and naturally turn the dumbbells back to their original position when putting it down. Because the muscle strength of the deltoid muscle is not very strong, it is recommended not to use too much weight to balance the dumbbells well. It is more important to feel the tension of the muscles in the whole process!
