Exercise location: anterior deltoid.
Main exercise: triceps | superior deltoid | inferior trapezius | serrata anterior | pectoralis major.
Secondary exercise Exercise: On the trapezoid muscles.
Preparation↓
Grasp the dumbbell with one hand and sit on the stool and keep your body upright. The other hand holds the stool to maintain balance.
Process↓ Push up the dumbbell higher than the head. Keep your arms slightly bent. Then return.
