  1. Squats

  Correct squats

  When squats, the head should be retracted backwards and the chest should be raised. Always look forward in front of you, and don't lean forward at any time, and don't look up or down at any time.

    . Ensure that the barbell is supported on the trapezoid muscle in a balanced manner. After carrying the barbell, adjust the station distance. The station distance should be equal to or slightly larger than the width of your shoulders. Open your feet to 45 degrees.

    . Take a deep breath and then squat. You should not squat straight down, but should be as if you want to sit in a seat. The knee joint should not move forward, towards the toes, and should not be retracted. Squat until your thigh is lower than the horizontal position.

   . After reaching the lowest point, stand up immediately. Do not relax the knee joint at the lowest position.
