The four heads form a tendon downward, wrapping the front and sides of the patellar ligament downward, and extending downward into the patellar ligament, ending at the tibial trochanter.

Knee joint muscle

Quest femoral muscles - starting: anterior inferior iliac spine, anterior and lateral femoral femoral middle femoral, extrafemoral femoral trochanter and femoral ridge, and intrafemoral femoral ridge; stop: attach to the tibial trochanter with patellar ligament;

Bipple head of femoral quadriceps - starting: Long ischium trotum, short-head femoral ridge; stop: fibula head and lateral condyle of the tibia;

Semi-tendonist - starting: ischium trotum; stop: medial tibia;

Semi-membrane muscle - starting: ischium trotum; stop: medial tibia condyle.

Ankle-related muscles

Gasococcus muscle - starting: medial ankle on the lateral spine of the femur, ankle capsule; stop: attached to the calcareous bone with the Achilles tendon;

Sothelium muscle - starting: fibula head and medial edge of the tibia; stop: attached to the calcareous bone with the Achilles tendon.

Tibialis anterior muscle - starting: tibial body and lateral ankle; stop: first foot phalanx and first sympathetic bone.
