Eight taboos to practice karate

1. When receiving instructions from the coach in the dojo, you should act and react immediately. (Do not delay time) When there is no coach present, you must not practice private fighting. You must not leave the arrangement without permission without the coach. When leaving, you must not pass through the middle of the coach and the arrangement, and you should leave after the arrangement.

2. You should respect the title of coach, such as seniors, teachers, normal schools, etc.

3. Do not eat, smoke or chew in the dojo. 　　4. When entering or leaving the temple, you must salute the temple and say "osu!", which symbolizes respect for the temple and the students in the temple.

5. When you are late to enter the temple, you should first kneel down in the back side of the temple until the coach allows you to enter the court, and then salute the temple and say "osu!" before you can arrange it from the last row. (You should try to avoid being late!)

6. When the coach speaks to you, he should reply loudly with "osu!". Practice is an extremely serious matter. During this period, you must be absolutely focused, not talk or laugh, or harass other students. When there is no instruction, you should wait for the instructions in a "stand stand" posture. Under any circumstances, you must absolutely obey the coach's orders.

7. The fingernails and toenails must not be too long and often keep them neat. During the rest period, practice more, do not talk loudly, and do not waste time. Cleaning, neat and safety of the temple is the common responsibility of all students. In the absence of special circumstances or rituals, students can wear neat T-shirts in the Taoist uniform. The Taoist uniform must be kept clean, and the belt cannot be wet, and can only be air-dried to symbolize the spirit of overcoming bitterness and refining.

8. Do not wear any ornaments during practice. In the Taoist uniform, pager and mobile phone must be turned off.
