Easier push-ups

1. Do knee push-ups. If you can't do full push-ups, you can use your knees instead of your toes to support the weight of your body. Do push-ups as usual. When you can easily do knee push-ups, start doing regular push-ups.

2. Do push-ups on slopes. You can do push-ups higher than your feet to make push-ups easier. Find a slope, such as on slopes or furniture to start push-ups training until you can do horizontal push-ups.    Small tips

Concentrate on training your own pectoral muscles and squeeze your pectoral muscles at the highest point of the push-ups. This will train your pectoral muscles faster. If you can't squeeze your pectoral muscles, do simple push-ups first. For example, consider doing slope push-ups in front of the mirror, so that you can observe your pectoral muscles and train hard to make them charming. Don't eat too much food at first.

The biggest benefit of push-ups is that you can do them anywhere. Find a floor that has no obstacles and can accommodate you lying down. The ground can be done. It should be relatively sturdy and not slippery. The materials on the floor should be better for your hands to be comfortable - such as no gravel.

At the beginning, you can first use a soft surface (such as a blanket or yoga mat) to make your wrists more comfortable when doing push-ups.
